All Haydonna artworks are produced in a made-to-order or pre-order format.
Due to the nature of original works, made-to-order items, paper goods, and fabric products,
exchanges and refunds are not available for the reasons listed below.

Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Not Available
• Pre-order & Made-to-order Items
Each piece is produced after the order is placed or in limited quantities,
therefore exchanges or refunds for a change of mind are not accepted.
• Characteristics of Fabric Poster Production & Materials
• Minor color variations may occur during the printing process.
• A slight ink scent may be noticeable at first, but it will naturally fade after a few days in a well-ventilated area.
• The poster is folded for shipping, and wrinkles will smooth out naturally when hung.
• Slight color differences may appear between your screen and the actual product.
• Due to the nature of fabric production, a size deviation of ±3cm may occur.
• Small dots, weave irregularities, or loose threads are considered part of the natural texture of the fabric, not defects.
• Non-damage-related Returns
Exchanges or refunds cannot be made for reasons other than
clear shipping damage (e.g., a broken frame or torn canvas).

Usage & Care Instructions
• Installation
The poster is lightweight and can be easily hung using push pins or sewing pins without damaging your wall.
• Ironing
Steam ironing is possible. For a standard iron, spray water lightly, cover with a thin cloth, and iron at a low temperature.
• Washing
Hand wash with cold water if necessary.
Avoid using a dryer as it may cause fabric distortion.
